Power Yoga Level 1 || Beginners:

Whether you’ve never stepped foot in a yoga studio or you’ve taken a yoga class or two and know what a sun salutation is (or at least you’ve seen some versions displayed on the internet),  this beginner-friendly class is for you!  Perfect for those that want to learn more about the basics of Power Yoga, this Level 1 class teaches the basics of proper alignment, poses, and technique for anyone new to yoga.  You will also learn about focusing on conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. Students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. All levels welcomed.

Power Vinyasa Yoga Level 2 || Intermediate:

So you feel like you are building up your yoga practice and you have a good understanding of the groundwork of Power Yoga. You are now looking to add more strength to your practice. Power Yoga Level 2 will torch your calories, tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clearing your mind and leaving you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. A Dynamic Vinyasa power flow to awaken your body while calming the soul.

Power 45 (45 min) || Power Hour (60 min):

You’re moving up in your yoga journey. Our Power 45 and Power Hour classes are faster, energetic, flow classes that build strength, endurance, flexibility, and concentration. These classes give your physical body an ultimate workout, focus, and steadies your mind, while increasing your awareness, and replenish your energy. Variations and modifications offered by the teachers will allow every student to practice at their own individual level. Expect to build up strength and power through this class like a warrior.

Power Yoga 3 || Tone & Flow:

Tone & Flow is a high intensity strength training class that provides an opportunity to work muscles that students need in order to have a strong yoga practice. Think power yoga with a focus on muscles, with a combination of interval training!

Self-Care Sundays || Slow Flow: 

Settle your mind and prepare for your week ahead with our Self-Care Sundays Slow Flow, which will combine vinyasa flow and yin yoga. After a jam packed weekend of activities, this class will help relax your mind and lead you to greater strength and resilience for the week ahead.

Happy Hour Power Hour:

Join us for our weekly community class! This one hour, drop-in class is the perfect way to start your weekend. This class runs every Friday at 5:30 PM and is offered at a special price of just $8!

Level Up Power Hour (with an extended 15 mins):

Are you ready to level up in your practice? This vigorous power flow offers experienced yogis a chance to try more challenging poses offered through a creative sequence. Beginners are also welcome for a challenge and a unique break in routine. Each week offers a new theme or pose to tackle in a space that encourages taking risks without fear and trying something new!

Barre Fitness:

Take your wellness to the next level with Barre Fitness, a full body workout that targets your core, biceps, triceps, glutes, and back. This class is great for those looking to improve balance, stability, flexibility, range of motion, and overall strength.

Dance Fitness:

Get all the workout benefits of a dance class, through low-impact dance-based conditioning and flexibility training. By incorporating toning exercises from Pilates, Yoga, Ballet & Modern dance, you can leave with a dancer’s body in just a few classes. Learn to take more risks through challenging combinations that engage core, arms and a full range of motion.
